If you would like to speak to someone then please phone our office on 08455 191 191. If you would prefer to use a geographic number then phone 01479 861319. These go to our office on Cairngorm Mountain, which is manned every day between 10am and 4pm from the 8th December. If it goes to voicemail then we are already on a call so either phone back later or leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Outside of these times please phone our bookings mobile on 07881 988480, and we will answer this until 8pm.
Please note that at times we are very busy for phone calls, and at times can struggle to respond to everyone. Please try to avoid phoning if you don't need to! Email is more efficient for general enquiries, and for dates in advance, which will help to leave the phone for enquiries about the current day.
Please note that we are not based at the ski area between May and November (as we have other jobs). Email usually works best for enquiries and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If you phone the mobile during this time and it is not answered then please leave a message and we will get back to you.
